Here are examples of a design brief which was to create a full CD design, all packaging and visual content.

The five blocks you can see on the right are examples of the visual work within the booklets which accompany the track listings. 

The booklet expands out, rather than individual pages revealing one long strip.

'DM DESIGN' (2006/7)


This is an example of my personal design work. I had collected and downloaded remixes, bootlegs and covers of Depeche Mode tracks spanning 25 years of their music.

I decided it would be a good idea to create a remix album with the material gathered.

My packaging is a redesign based on Depeche Mode's most notable CD album artwork from a range of past albums and uniformed into one continuous style.

The remixes are split into three parts, 80's, 90's and 00;s and colour coded.

This is personal work and is in no way affiliated with Depeche Mode or Mute Records. 

'THE POLITICAL' (2007/8)

These images are about visual political statements, showing juxterpositions and certain shared political views.

My inspiration came from the graphic work of an illustrator

called Jonathan Barnbrook
